Group Marketing Manager

What are you going to do?
The Marketing Manager is responsible to build an end-to-end marketing strategy across all companies through an end-to-end customer journey value proposition. Build with the companies a connected product value proposition to facilitate market understanding of Group vision and mission and facilitate cross selling activities between our companies.

You will be working with Value creation and all Businesses to build the right product combination to facilitate the cross selling (Push or Pull) and on mapping the product/ portfolio in the customer journeys.

Further you will build the right content to support Group communications (to customers, prospects, partners and employees) under all brands within the Broad Horizon Group. You ensure that the vision and mission of the Group is clear to all employees working with the Companies and Group HR. You also will be responsible for the customers and employees promises.

You also will work with the Group Microsoft Partner Manager to improve, increase, structure our Group image toward Microsoft (country and Regional). 

Further responsibilities

  • The Group marketing strategy (developed at Group level working with another team), results, implementation
  • Propagating the mission, vision and strategy of Broad Horizon Group to every employee (Companies and Group)
  • External stakeholder management, such as relevant media parties, industry organizations and market analysts
  • Create more visibility toward our key Partners especially with Microsoft to achieve our objective to become one of their key European partner as a Group
  • Making sure that Broad Horizon Group branding and communication is well represented during customer events, tradeshows, driven by our Companies
  • Responsible to align with Value Creation team to translate the Microsoft product mapping strategy into a customer journey by business



  • Preference to have good feedback on product expert in Microsoft strategy
  • Demonstrated experience in developing Group marketing strategy 
  • Experience in managing relevant stakeholders such as board members, colleague managers (Group and Affiliates) and partners
  • Experience in creating and distributing dashboards and reports so that the marketing employees gain insights into the effectiveness of their work and the results achieved
  • Strong communicator in text and presentation
  • You have WO work and/or thinking level
  • You do not only speak Dutch and English well, but you are also good at presenting and writing
